the Page is a product of Page and West Ltd. We provide an intelligence platform for independent travel advisors, giving them access to curated, AI-assisted hotel briefings and tools for creating client-ready outputs. These terms apply to all advisor accounts on the platform.
You must be a professional travel advisor to use the Page. By creating an account, you confirm that you use this platform in a professional capacity. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
When you use the platform, we record engagement events including which properties you view, save, add to collections, and use to generate outputs (emails, social posts, PDFs). We also record when you generate AI content and what type of output was created.
We do not collect browsing behaviour outside of the platform, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Hotel partners whose properties are listed on the Page can see anonymised engagement metrics for their property: how many advisors have viewed it, saved it, included it in a collection, or created content about it. They do not see your name, email address, or any personal details. They see counts and trends only.
The platform uses AI to generate hotel briefings and client-facing outputs (pitch emails, social captions, newsletter paragraphs). These outputs are created on your behalf using property data we have gathered. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to clients. Always verify facts, rates, and availability. The Page does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You may use the platform and its outputs for your professional travel advisory work. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute platform content or data in bulk. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the platform, access other users' data, or use the platform in any way that could harm the service or its users.
We may update the platform, add or remove features, or change pricing at any time. Where changes materially affect how your data is used, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On account closure, your personal data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
