Who is responsible for your data

Page and West Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through the Page platform. If you have questions about how your data is handled, contact us at hello@pageandwest.com.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, agency affiliation, and location (city and country). You may optionally add a phone number and professional bio.

When you use the platform, we log engagement events: which properties you view, save, add to collections, and generate outputs for. We record the type of output created (email pitch, social caption, LinkedIn post, PDF, newsletter copy) and when it was generated.

We do not collect browsing data outside of the platform and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

How we use your data

Your account data is used to authenticate you and personalise your experience on the platform, including property recommendations and AI-output preferences.

Engagement event data is used to: surface relevant intelligence to you, improve AI-generated outputs, and provide hotel partners with anonymised metrics about how their property performs with advisors. Hotel partners never see your name, email address, or personal details.

We may use your email address to send you a weekly digest of updates relevant to your saved properties, and to send important service notices. You can opt out of the digest at any time from your profile page.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase for authentication and data storage (EU infrastructure available)
• Google Gemini for AI content generation (your property data is sent to generate outputs; no personal data is included in AI prompts)
• Resend for transactional emails (digest, notifications)
• Vercel for hosting (US-based)

Data retention

We retain your account data and engagement history for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, your personal details are deleted within 30 days. Anonymised engagement aggregates (counts without any personal identifiers) may be retained for longer to maintain historical analytics for hotel partners.

Cookies and local storage

We use session cookies set by Supabase for authentication. We use browser localStorage to store UI preferences (dark mode, dismissed notices). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request a copy of your data or to close your account, email us at hello@pageandwest.com.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we use your data, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect.
